WATER FLOOD DETECTOR
The FD–1 water flood detector is provided with a probe on 3 m long wire. The wire can be shortened, as required, to make installation easier and mounting location more suitable for the user needs. The flooding alarm is triggered when the probe electrode comes into contact with water. The detector is also provided with a LED to indicate alarm, as well as with tamper protection against opening the enclosure or tearing off.

KT–STD–1 is a 125 kHz passive transponder. It is compatible with proximity identifier readers and thus can be used in the alarm systems based on the INTEGRA control panels as well as in the ACCO access control systems. It allows the system users to take advantage of the access control functionality, and enables the administrator to identify individual users, record their attendance and working hours, etc.
The device comes in the form of proximity card the size of a standard payment card (85 x 55 mm, thickness <1 mm). The dual technology, in conjunction with the algorithm of detector auto–tuning to the environmental conditions, provides high immunity to false alarms and hence stable operation in harsh weather conditions, such as rain, snow, sunshine and strong gusts of air. Detection angle of the OPAL Pro detector is as wide as 100 degrees and its range exceeds 15 m. The creep zone is also protected, so any intruder’s attempt to sneak by under the device to damage or remove it will be detected. Additionally, the detector software is designed so as to prevent false alarms from being triggered by the movement of small pets. Additionally, the OPAL Pro detector is provided with a dusk sensor for OC output control, which enables it to be used also in alarm systems with home automation without having to install additional dusk detectors. The signal from the low–current output can be sent directly to the relay located in the electrical switchboard or to the home automation controller. The detector can also work in conjunction with the KNX system via an INTEGRA family control panel. The Orion is a low profile external sounder and comes in two versions, Vertical and Horizontal. The backplate is made from 3mm polycarbonate and has adjustable wall mountings to allow for the movement of the fixing holes when installing. Moulded into the backplate are two knockout spacers (2mm & 4mm) for use on uneven surfaces. The cover is also made from 3mm polycarbonate and comes complete with either one or two lenses depending on the version. The special hinged flush fitting covers conceal the cover screws.
An internal 1.5mm polycarbonate cover further protects the electronics. Access to the 45° terminals is gained via a small clip-on-cover with guides to aid the wiring. The vertical version has one strobe, while the horizontal has two strobes. Both versions have RED and GREEN comfort LEDs which flash at 1Hz and also act as diagnostic indicators. The fail-safe timer is set to 15 minutes. Also included in the electronics is a selectable SAB/SCB option where current draw is required to be lower e.g. multi bell systems. TD–1 is a programmable temperature detector, which can handle two independent sensors: built–in one and connectable external one. It monitors the temperature within the –35oC to +60oC range and alerts when it goes beyond the minimum or maximum threshold value. It can also provide information about exceedingly rapid temperature changes, which may be useful when indicating e.g. a sudden warming of air in the cold store. Connecting a bistable switch instead of the external probe makes possible toggling between two sets of critical parameters of the internal sensor, e.g. for day and for night.
The detector enclosure contains three buttons for programming of the device, as well as a four–digit LCD screen, on which the current ambient temperature and the value read from the external probe are displayed. Error messages can also be displayed on the screen. The TD–1 detector has a built–in piezoelectric transducer for audible signaling, a tamper switch and two programmable relay outputs, which may be used for communication with the control panel or for control of another device.
The TSD–1 is a point detector designed to detect the early stages of a developing fire. For this purpose, it is equipped with a photoelectric
sensor of visible smoke, as well as rate of rise temperature sensor. The unique design of the measuring chamber provides high sensitivity and omni–directionality, while a precise Hexamesh stainless steel filter protects the chamber from ingress of contamination and small insects. Detector configuration with DIP–switches and built–in parametric end of line resistors facilitate connection of the detector to virtually any control panel with a 12 V power supply.
VD–1 is a device that includes vibration detector and magnetic contact. It is part of the basic perimeter protection, ideally suited to secure doors or windows by detecting vibrations caused by an attempt to pry the door or window open (piezoelectric sensor) or indicating that they are open (magnetic sensor). Owing to the advanced features of processing the piezoelectric sensor signal, the vibration detector can distinguish between the natural vibrations coming from the environment (like strong gusts of wind, drafts) and those caused by an attempt to force the door or window open. Additionally, VD–1 offers control of the vibration sensor sensitivity level (to detect single strong vibrations) as well as independent setting
of the number of pulses (weak vibrations), a sequence of which will cause violation of the detector.
Using the two built–in reed switches makes it possible to select the method of installation – the magnet working in conjunction with the magnetic sensor can be, depending on needs, located under the detector or at the side of it. Removing the magnet away from the selected reed switch will change the status of the detector NC alarm output, sending a signal to the control panel that the protected door, window etc. is violated.
Depending on the lighting mode, the built–in red LED provides information that the detector is sensing strong vibrations or registering weak vibrations, or that the magnetic sensor is violated, or indicates the number of pulses set for the vibration detector. The device is also provided with tamper protection which responds to opening the enclosure and tearing if off the wall. The VD–1 detector is available in two color versions: white (VD–1)
and brown (VD–1 BR).
